Lot of people suffer from this misunderstanding that back,bone problems are age related problems and in young age these things don't touch you.Yes,back problems and arthritis are seen more in old age,but age is just one of the reasons for it. More than the age it is more of a lifestyle problem and with the kind of lifestyle youngsters are leading these day,they are getting more prone to such problems.relatively very young people too and the cause is their life style.The food they eat/lack of physical workout are among major reasons for early onslaught of these problems.
