Back pain was generally associated with middle age and onwards.However this has changed and many youngsters in early 20's are also coming up with the problem of back ache.This is a direct result of their spending more than the required time on electronic gizmos like laptops,mobile phone.It is not just the use but the posture in which they sit and use these gizmos which is most harmful.Constant use of these devices and that too in wrong posture can do maximum harm to the back.Youngsters need to watch out on this!
