Continuing with our series on different exercises one can do to keep neck pain away,here is the last part.
Supine head Lifts
Lye on your back on a firm surface,raise your head fully off the surface after that take your chin to your chest and hold for 5 seconds before returning to your starting position.Repeat that lift 8-10 times,twice a day and see your neck pain running away...
