As a surgeon one feel's duty bound to see patient free from agonising pain.But lot of time due to undue delay on the part of patients and close family members the surgeries are delayed,which kind of affect the patients condition very badly.
Surgeries are done only when they have to be and one should get over this mindset that they are risky.Given the level of advancement in technology,these are as safe as any thing else.
