We have always been saying that those who exercise on a regular basis
are less likely to suffer from back ache.Some take this advise literally
and without paying any heed to condition of their body, start exercising
vigorously.This does them more harm than good.There are certain dos and don'ts which you have to follow before you start exercising.Proper warm up is a must minus that injuries are quite possible.If you see even active sport persons,even they are so particular about warm up.People should draw lesson from this itself.
Also if you have ever been diagnosed with Slip Disc(something common these days) there is a set of exercises,that you should avoid all through life.Lifting weights,forward bending,stretching in the front should be avoided as far as possible.In sports where more bending is required like Hockey,Badminton one should avoid if one is not into it professionally.
