Our bad posture can land us in back trouble

Poor Posture in the long run can lead to upper or lower back pain. This pain not only affects our day to day living but can also cause inflammation in the vertebrae or the discs which can lead to several other back related problems like slip disc, sciatica pain etc. The best way to prevent yourself from developing all these problems as always is by maintaining correct body posture.
