Control your weight to keep spinal problems away!

Excess of fat accumulated around the stomach is also one of the causes behind postural deformities related to spine like hyperlordosis. When our weight increases, our posture automatically gets affected as our body tends to bend backward to balance weight. This directly leads to extra pressure on the vertebrae and can cause weakening of bones.
So, it very important to maintain a healthy weight. Have food products which are low on fat and carbohydrate level and are non oily. Also, avoid taking whole grains.
