For all those preparing to include exercise in your daily routine, read this

If you have been for a very long time leading a sedentary lifestyle and all of a sudden start exercising,then you need to be be careful about two things.First you should increase the pace of your work out in a gradual manner.It has been noticed that some people in their over enthusiasm over do the physical workout, which leads to pain in the back.The reason is body is not used to such workout and pain is it way of showing resistance.Secondly exercising in the correct way is more important but lot of people in the absence of proper guidance end up doing exercises in the wrong way.Because of these factors,exercise in some cases instead of benefiting , harms.
