Slip disc in youngsters is getting so common and this is an indication
of deeper health issue.Earlier in our practise, we used to see people in
late 30's or early 40's being diagnosed with Diagnosed.Now a days
people in the age bracket of early 20's are found to be suffering from
Slip Disc.In youngsters there is no degenerative issue,so one can safely
assume it is the result of lifestyle issue.No physical workout,bad
eating habit,stress,all contribute.
First sign of onset of slip Disc is when one starts feeling slight pain in the back.If at this stage one becomes careful and start adopting measures like having right posture during all daily chore activities,doing simple and light exercises , eating healthy food and avoiding excess junk food .These small steps can help not only in preventing the back ache but can also keep the person away from other lifestyle ailments like Hypertension and diabetes.
