Spondylitis is inflammation of spine which is mostly associated with
age, but these days it is found in youngsters too. The contributory
factors are: physical in-activeness, nutritional deficiencies in body,
stress, smoking etc. Continued sitting for long hours can also be a
reason behind spondylitis. Staying active is the best way to keep
disorders like spondylitis away. This works even in old age.
