We all know exercise is very important for our health and especially our back. But as it is said, excess of anything is bad, the saying goes true for exercising too.  When we exercise for long hours, our muscles gets exhausted which makes them more prone to injuries. So, it is best to follow a regular but time-bound exercise regime.
