A good night sleep is very important for our overall health and
especially our back. Similarly, a good mattress is also essential for
our back health. Often people prefer soft mattresses for their bed, but
they don't realise how bad a soft mattress is for their back. When we
sleep on a soft mattress, our lower back sinks inside it, which stresses
our back muscles and ligament, specially the spinal joints. Thus,
misaligning our complete spinal frame. So, it’s better to choose a hard
mattress if you suffer from back problems.
