To curb out back pain, step in to your morning walk shoes

Weakening of core back muscles due to sedentary lifestyle is one of the major reason behind back pain experienced by youngsters. If nothing else, even if you walk for 15-20 minutes, 5 times a week, the back muscles will get adequately strengthened, which in turn can help in curbing back pain.
