Exercise to strengthen your core back muscles and to keep back pain away!

Our body has a self healing mechanism. Minor back injuries or back pains can get healed on its own, provided we do some physical exercises. Exercises not only help in healing but also, strengthens back muscles, so that ordinary person doesn't suffer from back pain. Enclosed below is a picture illustrating some exercises which a fit person should perform at least 5 times a week in order to avoid serious back pain.
