Correct sitting posture can minimise the dangers of sedentary lifestyle on your back

It is true that sedentary lifestyle is a major reason behind most back related problems. But correct sitting posture along with regular breaks to distress your body, can be really helpful in minimising the problem. While sitting on chair, make sure that your thighs are parallel to the ground and your knees are bend at an angle of 100 degrees.
