A to-know list for every Spondylitis patient

For those suffering from Spondylitis should always sleep on a hard mattress and use a memory foam pillow in order to support their neck and to avoid any further pain. Also, if you have a regular desk job where you have to sit in front of the computer for hours, then make sure to take small frequent breaks after every hour and relax your neck.
