Your body needs special attention in winters

Severe winters lead to flaring of pain in joints. Easiest way to prevent it is to keep moving and doing simple exercises as this helps in keeping joints flexible. Another simple step which can help is to drink adequate amount of fluids (about 500gms). Further eat plenty of seasonal fruits and vegetables. All this helps in improving the immunity level and the body's capacity to fight pain.
