Yoga for healthy back

Yoga can be a great workout option to keep body warm, flexible and healthy. Regular yoga not only help in preventing in joint stiffness, but can be really helpful in easing back pain. But just like any other exercise, a warm-up and some basic stretching is a must before doing asanas.
