Heavy gyming can do more harm than good to your body

Heavy workout and weightlifting in the gym should only be done if you are a professional. Vigorous and heavy workout can put extensive strain on the body and if done wrongly, can cause injuries as well. 



 If you are exercising just to stay fit, avoid heavy gyming and lifting heavy weights. Most of the time, it does more harm than good to the body.
