Staying hydrated is important for pain free back

Human body is seventy percent water.So accordingly each and every organ of ours demands adequate hydration .Not many people might be aware but it is an important fact that our spinal discs too need proper hydration.In case discs are not properly hydrated,the discs bulge and cause pain in the joints.Further lack of fluid can cause the spine to lose its protective padding which can lead to loss of structural health.
