Relax your Back Before Sleeping

Relaxing your back before sleeping is a simple way to ease the pain
as it takes strain off the back and eases pain.

Two quick tips to relax your backs can be :

- If you sleep on your side, draw your legs up slightly towards your
chest and put a pillow between your legs.

- If you sleep on your back, place a pillow under your knees and
maintain the normal curve of your lower back.
