Maintain Body Weight for Healthy Back


Extra weight in the mid-section or belly, shifts your body’s centre of gravity forward and places unneeded strain on your back muscles and tissues. The studies also reason extreme thinness due to  low bone mass behind osteoporosis, a progressive bone disease which can lead to an increased risk of fracture.

So determine your ideal body weight and maintaining it  within 10 pounds for a healthy back.
