How to prevent Scoliosis



Though what causes Scoliosis (twisting of back) is not conclusively proven but following  can definitely help  in preventing it.
Doing Surya Namaskar Yoga Asana or Hal Yoga Asana  
Adding Calcium and Vitamin D in diet
Being physically active and not putting on weight
