Physical exercises have a therapeutic effect on our body and if done properly and on a regular basis, these can benefit the body immensely.It not only can reduce the back pain but also in a healthy person chances of back pain almost becomes nil.But as have said-exercises have to be done in a proper manner.Lot of people say exercises have not given me any relief,rather have given new pain.This usually happens when a person does exercises in the wrong manner and does wrong exercises too.For alleviating back pain there are certain exercises( see the pictures) .
Further on lot of people are full of energy on first few days and later on just give up.Here too exercises won't do good,rather can harm as the body becomes stiff which can lead to muscular pain.
