We have often written about how nutrition,sitting posture play a major
role in keeping back problems at bay.These are very important things to
take care of for good back health.An equally important role is played by
physical workouts.People are so busy these days that they hardly have
any time for physical workouts.Remember physical workouts are essential
for stronger bones,first and foremost requirement for healthy back
health.There is no substitute for it.Atleast on holidays,if not possible
everyday,one should step out.It is so essential for good overall
