Switch to better lifestyle for a healthier life

We generally get to read that life expectancy has improved with a young one born today, is expected to live up to so and so age.But it is not indicative of quality of life.Life style health problems like diabetes,hypertension ,back pain which were unheard of in youngsters in earlier times,are nowadays becoming a norm.As the name indicates,life style relates to how we live and what we eat.Little physical activity,late night partying,junk food is something common.It is time the society takes a course correction,otherwise long life which is supposed to be blessing may turn out to be a curse.
