In late 40's: Watch out for Spinal Digenerative Disc disease

Spinal Degenerative Disc disease is the most common cause of back pain among people in their late 40's. It is caused by numbness in the nerves due to degenerated disc in the spine. The common symptoms to identify this disease are: weakness or numbness in legs, prolonged lower back pain, difficulty in bending and lifting and problem of sciatica in feet.
