Obese are on the higher side of developing
back pain. Simply put bones have to carry weight more than they can
handle and it leads to pain. Obviously the pain is body's way of
indicating problem.If we don't attend, it manifests its face into
something bigger.It is just like our cars,we hear a new sound and if
fix it,car keeps running smoothly.If we ignore,it is sure to breakdown
on the way.
