Exercising regularly is the best way to stay away from Back Pain

Once a person starts experiencing back pain,he/she looks to have quick relief.In terms of relief and that too a long lasting one ,nothing can match the benefits of exercises.But the irony is the pain does not let the affected person undertake that exercise,which further affects the disc nutrition.The physical exercises provide the much needed nutrition required to stop or minimise the degeneration of disc,which is the leading cause of back pain.There are specific exercises meant for strengthening of back (shown in the attached image).Do them on regular basis and stay free from back pain.
