Simple measures can go a long way in preventing back pain

Back pain is so common that there is no grown up adult who has not experienced it.This is one of the most common reason for people skipping office.By following simple measures it can be prevented or severity reduced.Simple steps like good sitting ,sleeping posture,maintaining proper weight can go a long way in preventing this.People are aware but still people seem to care less for these things.Except health everything else is a priority.So obviously if you ignore,health has its own way of seeking attention.Stay healthy,stay happy.
