Running in the morning is extremely good for your health but for your back health, try running on soft grounds

A healthy morning run is a perfect way to kick start your day. But while doing so, just remember that it is always better to run on sand or soft ground rather than hard cemented surfaces. Running on a hard surface exerts pressure on joints and ligaments which can lead to back pain or other problems. Whereas, if you run on a soft ground, no such strain is put on your joints and your run will affect you only in the healthy way!
