Intake of Vitamin B12 in your diet can help keeping your spine healthy!

Health of our spine depends on the health of our bones. Importance of Calcium in keeping our bones healthy is fairly well known. But there are other nutrients like Vitamin B12 which are if not more, but equally important. Dairy products like milk, curd, cheese, eggs, meat and fish, are a rich source of Vitamin B12 and are a must in our everyday diet.
