Resting is OK, but Exercise is a must for quick rehabilitation from Back Pain

It is often noticed when people have back ache, they either lie in bed for rest or stop strenuous physical activities. Though, it is right to certain extent as resting in the initial days can help in the recovery process. But after first few days, resting rather slowers the healing process. So, it is best that one continues with light back exercises for quicker rehabilitation.
