Walking is the healthiest exercise

It may sound as no rocket science but walking as an exercise has innumerable benefits for those who regularly complain about back aches.It makes the leg,hip and back muscles stronger,improves the blood supply to the spine,reduces weight and improves your immunity level.It also improves the bone mass which helps in preventing back aches.
Apart from this it has several other benefits as it relaxes our mind, provides us wonderful opportunity to makes friends/acquaintances away from work.
But despite the benefits, lot of people still don't step out.Those who do,reap the benefits and those who don't seek relief from medicine.
