Back injuries can happen to the fittest;steps to keep back pain away

Back injuries can even lay down Champion Sportsmen.Back pain affected Spaniard Nadal in the final of the Australian open and became one of the major factor for his losing his final match against the Swiss national Wawrinka.But if we do the prognosis what might have gone wrong-he might be having weaker back muscles as compared to upper torso or hamstrings were not stretched.Now one might say why are we discussing it here.We are discussing it here as there are lessons in it for each one of us.Yes sportsmen are more prone to back injuries because of nature of their professions.But in our everyday routine we are not having less chances of developing back pain.There are few steps listed below which can greatly reduce our chances of developing back pain.
a)Regular exercises with focus on ab exercises
b)Adequate hydration
c)Adopting proper posture in work and sleep
d) Having sound sleep
e) And above all having a positive attitude.
You may still have some problem,then you always have doctor.
