It is scientifically proven that games and sports go a long way in healing the mind and body.They are the biggest stress buster and physically also when we run ,walk in the open our body muscles get the required lubricant which is most important for remaining healthy.But unfortunately youngsters these days due to hectic work related schedule don't get time for sports.Also what ever free time they have is consumed by on line networking site.In short period one does not realise the harm caused by a sedate lifestyle but as a person ages a bit one is surrounded by variety of health problems,hypertension,back aches.
All this can be taken care by leading a healthy life style and outdoor sport is one very important part of it.
