Sedentary life style along with bad food habits is leading to rise of
hitherto unheard of health problems among youngsters. Hypertension,
diabetes is being seen in youngsters below 30. Back pain is also
becoming so common. Back muscles lose their agility back of sedentary
lifestyle and bad food (junk food) leads to weakening of muscles. All
this is leading to onset of back pain in very young age. Youngsters
should remember they have to go long and should therefore learn to respect
