Being completely inactive is bad for back pain

If suffering from back pain, the first thing every individual does is to have rest. Rest is good for your body, but being completely inactive can also be bad for your condition.  Being physically active helps in activating body's self healing capacity which helps in improving back pain. Do light exercises or go for a walk, but make sure you don't over do it.
