Reducing weight and being physically fit can help in preventing Lumber Disc Herniation in young age

A common problem found in many young and middle aged people is Lumber Disc Herniation. The lower part of our body carries all our weight, and when there is extra pressure put on it without support of proper nourishment, it increases the risk of disk failure in the lumber area. The best way to prevent occurrence of this problem is by managing one's weight, being physically active and adopting right posture during work and sleep.
