Follow correct sitting posture to avoid Back Pain

Postural Awareness is very important in order to avoid chronic back pain. While sitting, the back should be straight. Use chair that properly supports your back, especially lower back and thighs. Besides, keep changing your sitting position and take small breaks to walk around. These small tips if followed well, can go a long way in preventing back pain.
