Maintain your body in winters!

Your body can become a high maintenance entity in the cold weather. But you can always prevent those back pains by following some simple tips:
 
 - Wear woolen clothes to keep your muscles and nerves warm.
- Body warmers can keep your spine warm.
- Never ditch the workout
- Extra stretching in morning and evenings can be useful
