In our daily lifestyle, a number of our activities leads to stiffness, strain and pain in our necks.While we should limit unnecessary activities and bad habits like staying glued to mobiles, tabs etc, sitting in wrong postures, wrong receiver holding positions while using telephone etc but many of the activities are sometimes unavoidable and we are left with no alternative than bearing with pain that follows. But in such conditions, doing a little bit of exercising may become really helpful.
A little time spent on neck exercises twice a day can strengthen your neck muscles and help avoid various neck strains.
