Controlling body weight is essential for keeping back pain away.



We know obesity is the mother of all major health problems but we generally tend to ignore the damage it causes to overall body structure. Our body is designed to take weight only to a certain extent, the moment we cross this limit, variety of pain manifests in body. Sometimes it is knee, sometimes in back but underlying cause remains same-excess weight.





 So to keep body free from pains, we should as far as possible adopt a lifestyle which keeps our body light and healthy.
