Obesity can lead to back pain

Do you think obesity is only linked to heart problems and diabetes? Well, it is also the worst culprit for that cruel back pain. Your bones are build to carry your weight. So, it is better not to overburden them by putting on overly extra kilos. A healthy diet and exercise is the key to avoid all bodily problems.  


 Therefore, it is always advisable that to stay healthy and strong and to stay away from any back pain, make sure to work out regularly.
But beware, in case of any existing pain, do consult your doctor first.
