Exercises can help alleviate back pain


Normal reaction of a person to a back pain is to lie on a bed and rest.Though this approach can not faulted at the beginning but such an approach does not in any way aid in relieving the pain.Moderate exercises and that too as guided by the physician have the potential of greatly reducing the pain. Regular lower back exercises helps in distributing nutrients in the disc thus reducing the stiffness in the muscles,lessons the chances of such ailment happening again and in reducing the severity and duration of the pain.
