Wrong Posture and Back Pain

Sudden back pain is generally an outcome of Wrong Posture while sitting, standing, sleeping or while lifting things up. This pain usually subsides with small precautions undertaken for a period of 10-15 days. But if it doesn't and one continues to follow wrong posture, it can lead to Spinal Disc Prolapse. This problem which is currently seen in a lot of young patients can in future take the form of SpinalArthritis.

Inflammation is among the top most reason behind Back Pain

The most common reason behind ‪backpain‬ is muscle or ligament ‪inflammation‬. It is caused when the muscle or ligaments get overstretched, ultimately leading to pain. Many a time, ‪stress‬ and bad ‪posture‬ while working, ‪exercising‬ or doing any routine chore, can also contribute to lower back pain. Back pain caused by inflammation generally gets healed easily with time. Proper rest along with heat therapy can help in easing out the pain. But in order to achieve long-term relief from back pain, one must take alter their postures and include regular workout as a part of their routine.

Don't ognore low back pain

Low back pain is something which almost every office goer is witnessing these days. The reasons are not far to seek.Sitting for long hours without break in one single posture and also in a posture which is not correct is a sure shot way of suffering from back pain.On top of that if you don’t exercise ,indulge in drinking and smoking ,you become an obvious target for back pain and other life style health problems. The irony is when there is so much awareness being spread around these lifestyle problems, still people don’t learn.
People initially take back problems as minor problems but they remain minor if you attend to them at that stage itself, otherwise it does not take too long for these minor problems to become major.
