Best Sleeping Postures

It is difficult to control our Body Posture after sleeping, but one can try to sleep in a position that can help us maintain the curve in our back. Sleeping on the back puts pressure on our back. So, if you sleep this way, put some pillows under your knees as this cuts the back pressure in half. Also, avoid sleeping on your side with your knees drawn up to your chest because this affects the spine in the worst possible way.
