Limit the TV time for a healthy back









Being a couch potato not just leads to obesity but is also one of the top reasons of back pains. Spending long hours sitting in front of television surfing channels results in lethargy and viewers are generally found sitting in all wrong postures. So, its better to cut short the TV time by limiting yourself to watching only the favorite shows. And then also, watch sitting properly to avoid undue pressure on back.
