Divide your office time equally between sitting and standing, to keep back problems away

People who have to sit or stand for long hours during work, are at a high risk of developing back problems. The best way to maintain healthy ergonomics is by dividing your time equally between sitting and standing. One can do work like taking a call or thinking while standing and work like writing etc. can be done easily while sitting. By following this simple routine, one can easily keep back problems away.
