Herniated Disc and it's causes
Herniated Disc also known as spinal disc herniation is caused by two primary reasons, i.e. a)Pinched Nerve b) Disc Pain. In case of pinched nerve, the pain is not there in the disc but in the surrounding nerves. When the gel like material ooses out from the disc, it leads to pinching or irritating sensation in the nerve. This nerve pain then radiates to the leg or arm.
